The 2018 UK General Data Protection Legislation requires that you give us your contractural consent to the society’s use and storage of your personal information including name, professional and/or home address, personal and/or professional phone & fax numbers and other contact details for communications via email, telephone or otherwise and for advisory notices about society meetings and events and results e.g. educational slide circulations.

Most communication between members is by group email although some is by post.

The Society membership list is not passed on to any external organisation or individuals.
